FOCUS／救股災！週一開盤前 陸釋3.5兆養老金入市
週一開盤前的晚間，大陸放出利多消息，國務院批准3.5兆的養老保險金，以資產淨值的30%為上限，可以投入股市，而且限定只能在境內投資，包括銀行存款類、債券類、股票基金類等比較成熟的投資項目。
東方衛視主播：「養老金入市的利好，並沒有給股市帶來動力，今天早盤滬深股市是大幅低開。」
開低走低，上海股市終場險守3200點關口，創下近半年來新低，暴跌8.49%是8年半來最大，如果加上上週累計跌幅已經超過20%，而深成指週一跌幅也接近8%，累計6個交易日跌19.3%。專家稱這個底線是大陸股市跌到政策底，簡單的說就是只剩國家隊在唱獨角戲。
前海旗隆公司董事長代雪峰：「我覺得這個時候可能更多的是一種恐慌性的殺跌，幾次超底之後都被套的經歷，也讓很多投資者不敢輕易出手，現在市場應該說已經到了一個最悲觀的時候。」
此時全球股市正陷入哀鴻遍野，上週五道瓊下跌530點 ，4年多來最大跌幅。大陸8月製造業PMI初值落到47.1創下6年新低，國際原油價格跌破每桶40美元的價位，三大利空亞太股市全成了重災區。
東方衛視主播：「在21日美銀美林就表示，在過去的1週全球股市資金流出的規模，已經高達83億美元，這是15週以來最大規模。」
全球股災令人擔心，1997年的亞洲金融危機會不會重演？復旦大學經濟學院院長張軍：「我不相信市場的投資者會認為，全球即將迎來新的一輪金融危機，我認為目前這種股市上的變動，實際上很大程度只是表達投資者，對全球主要經濟體的發展前景有些茫然。」
在這個時間點上，大陸央行採取全面寬鬆政策，18到20日連續3天，累計釋放3500億人民幣的流動資金。
東方衛視：「未來一段時間政策力度，有望繼續加大，降準成為大概率事件。」
生產這款名為「暴風魔鏡」的公司，今年3月在深圳上市時，股價不過才7塊多人民幣 19.34.06，歷經一波牛市身價翻了42倍，造就了公司裡上一波A股暴跌時，公司急踩煞車自行停牌，但市盈率仍由之前的3千多回落到3百多，仍處於高位。
中信銀行首席經濟師廖群：「創業板現在的市盈率確實比較高，說明它風險很大，但是否說每一家高市盈率的公司，都有很大的泡沫，這個不見得，公司如果能高速增長，它現在的高市盈率是可以接受的。」
接下來何時可以重返大陸A股，或是香港股市分析師奉勸緩一緩，等局勢明朗後在下手比較安全。
全球股市黑色週五(8月21日)，台灣加權指數 -3%、印尼雅加達綜指-2.4%、上海-4.27%、香港-1.53% 創2014.5新低、東京-2.98% 3個多月低點、首爾-2.01% 朝鮮半島緊張、雪梨-1.40%。
中國是closed capital account(封閉的市場) ，也就是資金不能自由的流動到別國，所以對國際來說，中國很顯然是個很大的經濟體，但對照他的經濟規模，對國際開放的部分相對很少，當然會有一些金融機構受到影響，但我不覺得這個問題會蔓延開來。
日經指數也跌了近3%，亞太地區幾乎是重災區，香港恆生指數創下去年5月來的新低，而南韓則是因為朝鮮半島緊張局勢升高而重挫。
